You can record these functions to carry out by Hardcopy and play them later at a time when you want.

• Some examples of these functions:
  • Constructing calendars
  • Constructing greeting cards
  • Inserting date and time into the headline by pressing a key
  • To scan a document, sending it as E-Mail or store it in a file
  • To enlarge or reduce images, to change the color, to carry out special effects, etc. etc.

The following example shows you how you can insert the current date into the headline of the window by pressing both the Alt+Print button.

• Procedure:
  • Process Macro function from the menu Edit.
  • Click on Record.
  • Now all functions which you want to start are recorded by Hardcopy.
  • For termination click on Stop recording.
  • You can finish the stopped recording by clicking of Play.
